Professor Fallon's Article, Fact and Fiction About Facial Challenges, published in the August edition of CLR was cited in a November 14th, New York Times article.

This comes on the heels of an October 30th, New York Times article that referenced Professor Bibas' Essay, Regulating the Plea-Bargaining Market: From Caveat Emptor to Consumer Protection, also published in the August edition of CLR.
